Managing Data @Melbourne Working Group

This is the text version of Managing Data @Melbourne, an online research data management training program developed for the University of Melbourne in Australia. It consists of six short modules which outline the fundamental practices of good research data management. It supports the development of the skills required to draft a research data management plan (DMP). It has been developed for graduate researchers, early career researchers, and information professionals within the Australian research and legal context. The program was initiated by the Digital Scholarship team, Research and Collections, at the University of Melbourne.
The Managing Data @Melbourne program was inspired by and based on the Research Data MANTRA [online course] developed by EDINA and Data Library, University of Edinburgh (http://datalib.edina.ac.uk/mantra/).
