Description
Abstract
Gin.Woman.Distress is a piece choreographed by Eleo Pomare which formed part of Australian Dance Theatre's repertoire in the late 60's. This particular performance was part of a tour to Tasmania, Australia. Eleo Pomare (Choreography and Costume), Elizabeth Cameron Dalman (Dancer), Bessie Smith (Music). Dance pieces also featured in this tour were Didn't It Rain, Hex, Creation, Three Faces of Noon, Song of a Withered Tree and the Sun, Grizzly Bear, Spiritual, and Homage to Botticelli.
