Description
Abstract
This record is for a live rendered performance at a public festival. This performance is part of ongoing practice-led research in which composing and performing intersect within electronic dance music (EDM) genre of Acid Techno. The research investigates the context of the ‘flexible studio environment’ in the creation of Acid Techno. It explores the different approaches to composition that emanate from EDM’s real-time compositional styles and frameworks.
