Abstract
Objectives This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of pharmacological agents or natural products for self‐harm (SH) compared to comparison types of treatment (e.g. placebo or alternative pharmacological treatment) for adults (aged 18 years or older) who engage in SH.
